The Elements (PG-13)

Meca rolled his eyes at Naida,"You do worry to much..... Im not an idiot. I just dont go around trusting every single person I see. Ive learned."

Drew rolled his eyes, and Grey piped up, "Drewy wouldn't shot anyone who didn't do anythng wrong. he keeps his gun with him because the police asked him to." Drew rolled his eyes at her.

Naida smiled softly at the young girl, then turned toward Meca, "See, Meca. You have nothing to worry about."

Meca rolled his eyes and looked at Naida."So says the one who just told me to be careful to not get shot."

"Well if the gun isn't loaded, you can't get shot. But if it is, and you piss them off, then we will get shot!" Naida retorted, stubborn as a mule.

Grey giggled at the two, but Drew just sighed. He pulled out a small badge with a police symbol in the corner. It read "Undercover Decetive, and Gunsman", and then of course his other personal information. He said, "I'm registered by the USA's Department of Wellfare and Defence to have a gun on me at all times. If that makes things any better." He fingered his holstered gun, he hated having to show that badge. He was barely even registered for that.

Meca rolled his eyes at Naida."You overreact,ya stubborn mule." He sighed. This was definitely not a good day.

Naida rolled her own sapphire orbs, "Whatever."

She paused for a moment, staring intently at the abandoned warehouse. In the window, she saw a woman with long, silky blonde hair and a heart shaped face stare back at her. A clock hung over her blonde head, and she raised her hands, to reveal five different colored jewels. A red, blue, clear, green, and purple all sat in her hands. A small, feeble word escaped from her mouth.

"Help."

And once again, she faded into nothingness, as if evanescence.

Naida's eyes widened once again, and she shook her head.

"Okay. I think I am hullicinating."

Meca looked back,and saw a woman with long, silky blond hair and a heart shaped face disappear,five jewel like things with her. He rubbed his eyes and shook his head. Was this mass hallucination?

Naida looked up at Meca and murmured in panic, "Did you see that, or am I crazy?"

Meca muttered,"We're both crazy."

As Drew put his badge away, he spotted the woman, but he took little note. He thought, "A rift in the lighting." Grey just giggled at them all.

Meca looked back,acting as if nothing had happened."Well,well. What now?" He asked.

"Now, we -- " Naida stopped almost instantly, eyes widening, "Meca. Meca. Look at that kid! He has some kind of pendant, shaped like a sword!"

Across the street, Cayden sat on the sidewalk, head in his hands. Today, was one of the worst days of his life. Fired from his third job, he got a C- on his most recent test, and the football practice had gone awry. His necklace's, shaped similiar to that of a jagged sword, golden gem that sat on his chest glowed brightly. What next?

Meca wondered how she could see that far briefly. He shrugged,"Okay,how do you know its not a regular necklace?" He asked her.

Naida's hands rested on her hips, and she glared, "Look at it. It's symbol. It's gem. It's glowing. Something's not right. Listen to me, Mecca! Haven't you ever felt that you had a greater purpose? Maybe, something's going on."

Whilst they were arguing, Cayden's ears had perked up. Were they talking about his necklace? About him? Were they crazy? He couldn't help but peek at them, to see a short teen, a little girl, and two other boys.

"Come my warrior, walk toward the house."

Cayden's head shot up almost instantly. What was that?

He stood up slowly whilst the short girl was yelling at the taller boy, curiousity catching hold of him. He slid around the street, sliding toward the back of the house. He slid through a giant hole in the house, missing a few bricks. His nose twisted up in disdain as he smelt something foul, but he ignored it.

Meca watched the boy and sushed Naida,"Shut up,chipmunk." He told her as he watched him walk around the back of the warehouse.

Naida's jaw went slack. Frustrated tears pricked at her eyes, and she crossed her arms over her chest, turning away from him with a cold huff. If there was one thing she hated, it was being shushed. It made her feel like a helpless little child.

Cayden, meanwhile, was wondering the warehouse, scratching the back of his neck. Maybe it was just some chick punk trying to mess with him, making him think he heard things, he considered as he called out, "Hello?"

Drew rolled his eyes at them both. Grey giggled, despite it all. He was half glad she didn't understand what was going on.

Meca shot her an apologetic glance,but looked at Drew,wondering what he thought about the new person.

(OOC: No. I just messaged you because he isn't. XD Yes, of course!)

Naida rolled her eyes stubbornly, arms crossed over her bust, waving her hand toward the boy who had slipped around the corner, and coldly snapped to Mecca, "Why don't you go talk to him, and find out, Mr. Negative?"

Cayden heard a few voices from far away, and his golden brows furrowed. Was someone else here?

Drew watched the kid, but didn't pay much attention. He was studying the place first. It was...unusual. He was surprised that this was where he was drawn to.

Arbor sighed walking down the road. He saw a couple of teens and a small girl in front of a warehouse. Plus a goth teen girl walking the opposite way from him. Or towards him some would say.

Zanna walked down the road,near the old warehouse she used to spend some nights before. She noticed some people hanging out in front of the warehouse. She paused to look at them curiously.

ooc: Where's Arbor profile? I didn't see it...

Drew spotted anyother kid walking this way. He was getting a little iritated with this whole chance hit. He looked at Grey, but the girl had already darted towards the first guy who had headed their way. Drew gritted his teeth, and muttered, "Crap."

Naida was still giving Mecca the cold shoulder when Cayden saw a cloaked woman float out of warehouse's door. He quickly picked up his pace, watching out for grime and sludge, when he reached the sunlight and came face to face with three teeangers and a little girl, from a bit of a distance. Awkwardly, he raised one hand, and waved, "Uh, hi."

Naida, smirking in an I-told-you-so sort of way toward Drew, sending one side glance at Mecca, then turned toward Cayden, smiling brightly, and just in spite of Mecca, greeted, "Hi, there."

Cayden's forced grin melted into a small smile as he nodded his head, "Hey."
