The Last Stand (PG-13)

Rimmon hurried after Twilight,and into a house. She looked around quickly for the crier. A trap! She screamed as at least thirty or more servants of The Dark One surround them and the house. She couldnt see outside,there were to many of them. "Nileve!"She called,"Take Twilight,alert the others! Ill be fine! Go!! Please!!"She hoped Nileve would listen to her,as more servants poured in. She knew it was hopeless to fight,but she tried anyway. No power had really awakened in her yet,only minimal storm and shadow powers. She could make a light rain drizzle,but nothing large enough to stop them.

Nileve looked at Twilight as he raced back to her. She kept running for Rimmon, drawing her long, blue bladed sword. She nodded to Twilight, and the wolf raced back for the others. Nileve jumped, and landed next to Rimmon,"I'm not leaving you." She lite a blue flame torch in her hand, and held her blade out in the other hand.

Rimmon grabbed her twin daggers,"Then we may go down fighting......"She murmured,but she was slightly happy that her friend had chosen to stay with her. Even if it meant,both of their lives might be in jeopardy. She spun towards the first servant,daggers poised and ready for what deadly deeds lay ahead.

Nileve cracked the flame in her hand, and slimmed into a whip. She tripped three men as she slit their throats with another swing of her whip.

Rimmon turned and jabbed a servant in the side with her elbow,breaking a few ribs of his. Then stabbed another in the chest.

Nileve sent a flare of blue flame through the end of her whip, then another through her sword.

The Servants kept streaming in,no matter how many Rimmon took down,more would come at her."Nileve!"She cried out,"We cant fight them all! Either we escape,or.....We go down fighting!!"She didnt want to say the other part. A small part of her realized something. What had happened earlier. Remus had said she had a twin. A evil twin. They must be looking for Rimmon to join her! The thought scared her a bit. She really wished that Nileve had gone with Twilight.

Nileve grinned, "Then, let's try something they don't have. Two steamed girls over their heads." She summoned a star to her hand, and ten metal bars came out of it, forming a circle connecting each. Past each bar was another opening, and as the metal solidtize, ten pearls flew into those holes. One was Okie's pearl. Nileve held the thing in front of her as it spiraled, and then threw it out like a saucer. It came back, and she jumped onto it like a hover board. She offered her hand out to Rimmon.

Rimmon gratefully took her hand and hopped on. She touched her necklace lightly,making sure it was still there.

Nileve shouted, "Hit any pearl, it'll lauch a matching attack. But try not to hit the space one." She tapped the wind pearl, and a gust of strong wind blew, notching over quite a few men.

She automatically went for the black pearl,Okie's pearl.

Nileve hissed, "Careful with that magic. Too much can hurt your mind." She hit the star in the center, and a blust went out from all sides.

Rimmon nodded,now unsure what to do.

Another reason for Nileve reply was that shadow magic required a lot energy. And each spell drained her's. Hit the time pearl, and it slowed. She took this chance to send another star blast.

Rimmon hit a servant with the but of her blade,as he stepped nearer.

ooc: Sure

Nileve swung her whip, and it poped as it hit skin. She felt a surge of heat as fire flushed over. Twilight was back, and the wolf was pissed.

Remus leapt through a window,he nodded to the firey wolf. And began to help pulverize the servants.

Twilight made hesitation to shift to his space form. The wolf became like a blackhole, taking in everything he touched.

Remus growled at as a few servants reached up and started dragging Rimmon off the board as she was looking the other way. A storm erupted over head,lightening struck down all around. Taking out many servants. Including the ones holding her. Her regular indigo,blood red eyes turned completely silvery white. Her silver/indigo hair turned completely silvery white,like her eyes. She floated slightly over the land. "Go home to your daddy,morons."A voice spoke,it wasnt hers,and her mouth didnt move. Though it sounded distantly like hers. A silvery blue light shone around her,and she stayed dry in the rain that somehow found its way inside the building. If someone took the time to look outside the window,they would see that it flashed from storming to sunny,to snow falling,to hurricane weather. As it was doing inside the building,though inside no sun showed. Her power had decided to blossom at the best moment it seemed.

Refraining herself from summoning more powerful magic, she let Rimmon have her fun.

Rimmon slowly floated to the ground,when no more servants came,and all the rest were dead. And she crumpled. Having the weather change so fast,and controlling for a few hundred miles around the town weakened her. She fell into welcome unconsciousness.

Nileve raced to her friend's side. She whistled, and Azane raced up. Nileve pull Rimmon into the saddle, hoping her friend would wake up.

Rimmon was dreaming. She was in the background,watching. She saw a girl that looked just like her,a blind girl,and a blond headed boy. They were traveling with a black horse. Then the scene blurred out and she saw a new scene. A women was smiling at her,as well a man. They spoke together in unison,"Find your sister,Rimmon. Her heart has been corrupted. She will help you in you in your quest. Find Rasra." In her waking moments the last line kept repeating in her head."Find Rasra. Find Rasra. Find Rasra."

Nileve had placed a wet clothe on Rimmon's head while she was sleeping. Twilight was watching Azane while Nileve had gone off to help others. Twilight was quite put out at his orders to stay. He looked up at Rimmon, "Do you awaken?"

"Slightly..."Rimmon muttered as she opened her eyes.
