ALTER EGOS (PG-13)

"I had a question about quantum physics, but you don't have to relay it if you don't want to."

Fox said, "I will. Di's pretty busy. We're about to pack up and move again. I'll take your message."

"Thanks, you can just tell her that I had a question about light speed and relativity." El turned and walked away. When she was back in town she took the path to where she first met Akira.

Fox nodded, and sat back down.

Di glanced at Akira, and the reptilian gril walked up, "Yes?" Di said through her work, "Watch for introders on the land. Make sure they don't get to the base." Akira nodded, and headed into the woods. She spotted El, and walked up to the girl this time.

El smiled widely, "Hi Akira! Is Di here?"

Akira said, "No....who's Di?"

"Oh ok, thanks." She turned to leave.

Akira replied, "Why do you need to see this person?"

"I had a question about light speed and relativity."

Akira said, "I don't know what that is....but why?"

"I was reading a book and I didn't understand this one part and no one elde could answer my question so I thought I'd ask Di."

Akira said, "Well, if anyone dares enter here, I'll ask them who they are."

"Cool. Bye!." El walked out of the woods and down the street to the AirWay Cafe.

Akira hung around in the trees to watch.

Di kept a screen up to track Akira. Another was tracking the police. They should be getting close to the two she's reported by now.

El was in the bunker in minutes. General T looked worried, "Anything?" El nodded, "Jam transmitions here." She pointed to a point on the map. X did as she said, "Transmissions jammed."

Di got the warning, and doubled her system's control. The chip overrided the command. She grinned, "Good job, Akira. Just the right amount away." She saw the police tracker. They were on top of the signal.

X opened the portal again and said, "Everyone in! They can't get through after us." The three of them jumped in unsure of where they would wnd up.

Di used her comlink to Akira and Fox, "Get back here. I'm overriding a warp system." Akira was there in moments at Di hacked the location to the super cell in the base.

The three were thrown into a locked cell in a bunker at Area 51. "Well General T, your half way there, we just have to find the controls," X smiled.

Di checked the super cell. Blank. She tracked the location, and sent a report. She looked over to her two commrades, of which Fox had just showed up. They headed down one of the secret passages, and into a jet. The jet shot them to the Area 51 Cover Up base. Di headed up to the main base, and to the cells. She was tired of playing tag. The men there kept well out of the trio's way as they found themselves at the cell. Akira hissed the the two men, "Pretty little liars."

El said in a scared voice, "There coming X! Get us out of here!" X though hard and then pulled a laser pen out of his belt. "Watch out!" He carved a hole in the wall and they ran through.

ooc: sorry, couldn't tell if anyone had found them yet.

ooc: They were standing right in front of the cell! XD

Akira slid through with ease, easily passing them, and blocking their paths. Fox and Di were quick behind. Fox loaded her guns, and Di hers. They stood in a triangle formation around the three.

El and X looked at the general. He nodded very slightly. X put his hand in his pocket and in a flash of purple the trio was transported to the middle of the airfield. T looked at X, "Really here?" X was annoyed, "It was the best I could do, this thing still has kinks!"

Di hit her comlink to the whole of the Cover Up program, "We have three rouges on a warping device, I walk all bases on a go. Full tracking and presuit." Di eyed Akira, who tossed her the knife. Di caught it, and put in the data on a side panel. She held it out to the three, and they followed the last warp.

X looked at the other two, "You two find the control panel. I'll keep these guys busy." Without any questions T and El where off. X programed the remote to transport him every 30 seconds. He chuckled, "Have fun with this."
